Thanksgiving 2015

What a fun Thanksgiving we had!  Brad took the whole week off of work, so it was nice to have some relaxing time with my crew.  On actual Thanksgiving Day, we got up and I started cooking and we turned on the parade!  I love watching it - and Katie has started loving it (for a little while, anyway).
My mom and brother came over for Thanksgiving lunch and we had quite the spread!  It was all delicious - crockpot mac and cheese, green bean casserole, sweet potatoes with marshmallows, cranberry sauce, rolls, Honey Baked Ham, dressing with gravy, and caramel cake for dessert.  Yum for sure.  Here are a few pictures of our spread and our crazy crew!
After we ate, we had a quick snooze time for the boys.  It was good timing since Jack woke up at 5:15!!!! Unacceptable.  But glad he got a nap in!  We headed to see Brad's family from his dad's side!  Here I am with my crazies before we loaded up!
And Brad with some of the crew from his dad's side of the family!  It was so great to see everyone and let the kids meet them (it had obviously been incredibly too long since we had seen them)!  Hoping we all do better and get together more often!  The kids had a great time running around outside!
And a family shot before we headed out!
From there we left for Thanksgiving dinner with Brad's mom's side of the family!  His aunt and uncle hosted and had quite an amazing spread of food!  His aunt is such an amazing cook!  Yum.  Then it was time to head home and get the kiddos to bed.  Whew!  Whirlwind of a day, but I am so thankful that we are surrounded by so many that love us and that we can spend time with!
