Hey Ashley! I've had to answer that question about cutestblogontheblock a few times. You have to pick one of bloggers layouts first. Then go into edit layout and add an HTML/Java gadget. Paste the HTML from the background you want from cutestblogontheblock in the white box and save. That should do it! Let me know if you have any problems.
