Yes - I think I really have gone insane. I keep planning Katie's second birthday party in my head. I am thinking either Elmo or Care Bears - definitely leaning towards Elmo at this point. I saw this spread of ideas on a cute website/blog that I follow, and it makes me rather excited :) And no, I am DEFINITELY not wishing time would pass by more quickly. I just like planning parties :)
