Well, I think she's ready!
She has graduated from Kindergarten Bootcamp...
She has completed her Kindergarten Assessment...
She has a new backpack (that she picked out, I might add)...
She has a new lunchbox...
She got a hair trim...
She has a little gift for her teacher...
She had a girls' afternoon out with one of her best buddies for pedicures and ice cream...
Mommy and Daddy have met her teacher and gone to Parent Orientation...
We've had a fun morning together doing things that sounded fun to her - including breakfast at Krispy Kreme...
Watch out, Kindergarten! She's coming for you! Tomorrow is Katie's first day of Kindergarten! She goes for a half day with just the girls (boys go for a half day Thursday) and then all of the kids go for a half day Friday! And then Monday, she starts riding the bus and has regular school days from then on out! AH! How is this possible?! I can't wait to see how much she loves it - after she gets adjusted :) Let the adventure begin!
