A few weeks ago, I found this form on Pinterest where you interview/let your child fill out the same information each New Year's to see how things change! I thought I'd give it a go with Katie. She understood most things (who knows if she gave me straight answers), and when she didn't understand, Brad and I decided for her :) Here we go!
